* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Langenkamp
Robert H. Langenkamp, 83, Portland, Ind., died Dec. 22, 2010, at Persimmon Ridge Healthcare in Portland, Ind.
He was born May 21, 1927, in North Star to Clarence and Anna Kemper Langenkamp Sr. On Aug. 30, 1952, he married Rita Carolyn Burnham, who died March 6, 2009.
Surviving are four sons, Robert (Frances) Langenkamp Jr., Portland, Roger (Debbie) Langenkamp, Portland, Ray (Jackie) Langenkamp, Fort Recovery, and Ryan Langenkamp, Salamonia, Ind.; five daughters, Rhonda (Dave) Hoying, Portland, Rose Stephen, Portland, Rita (Donny) Stephen, Portland, Renee (Jerry) Huber, Tipp City, and Roxann Abels, Montezuma; two brothers, Clarence Langenkamp Jr., Fort Recovery, and Allen Langenkamp, St. Henry; 30 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
He was a farmer and hauled milk. He was a U.S. Army Korean War Veteran and served in the Army Reserves for 17 years. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Portland, Ind. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Fort Recovery and the American Legion in St. Henry.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Robert Moran officiating. Burial with graveside military rites by the American Legion Post 211 is at Salamonia Cemetery in Salamonia, Ind.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Monday at Baird-Freeman Funeral Home in Portland, Ind. A scripture service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the State of the Heart Hospice.
