* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Wileta Robbins
Wileta M. Robbins, 81, Coldwater, died at 2:40 p.m. Dec. 20, 2010, at Briarwood Nursing Home in Coldwater.
She was born Aug. 20, 1929, in Middle Point to Raymond C. and Eva Snyder Pangle. On Sept. 26, 1955, she married James Robbins, who died Nov. 23, 1991.
Surviving are five sons, Steven (Lou Ann) Eldred, Sarasota, Fla., Ronald (Chris) Eldred, Brooklyn, Mich., Joe Robbins, Coldwater, David (Virginia) Robbins, Coldwater, and John (Lisa) Robbins, Bryant, Ind.; three daughters, Linda Adams, Atlanta, Ga., Kathy (Greg) Wellman, Bryant, Ind., Jennifer (Steve) Hamilton, Cincinnati; two sisters, Leota Johnson, Ohio City, and Mary Pangle, Columbus; a brother, Carl Pangle, Sebring, Fla.; 20 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a brother, Kenneth Pangle.
She was a graduate of Middle Point High School in 1947. She worked at Jutte's IGA in Coldwater. She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post Auxiliary in Fort Recovery.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Allan Brown officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
