* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothy Hartung
Dorothy H. Hartung, 88, Celina, died Dec. 19, 2010, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Sept. 24, 1922, to Homer and Irene Roller Burnett Lutz. Her parents and stepfather, Benjamin Franklin Lutz, are deceased. On March 11, 1949, she married Darrell I. Hartung, who died June 16, 1990.
Surviving is a son, Darrell (Nancy) Hartung, Madison, Ind.; two daughters, Darla (Don) Hartung-Starns, Ellettsville, Ind., and Denise Lynch, St. Marys; six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are two brothers, a sister and a grandson.
She worked at Montgomery Ward and The Evening Leader in St. Marys.
The family is planning a celebration of her life after the first of the year. Burial will be at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Moulton.
There is no calling.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or The Mercer County Humane Society.
Arrangements are being handled by W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina.
