* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kathryn Stein
Former Fort Recovery resident Kathryn L. Stein, 93, Miami, Fla., died Nov. 28, 2010, at her home.
She was born Nov. 16, 1917, in Sandoval, Ill., to Herbert and Catherine Cook Hipsher. On Jan. 30, 1937, she married Ferdinand Stein, who died Sept. 3, 1973.
Surviving is a son, Richard (Mary) Stein, Minster; a daughter, Judy (Ron) Swartout, Lakeworth, Fla.; two sons-in-law, Edward Livingston, Lakeview, and John Douglas Roughton, Kitty Hawk, N.C.; a sister, Violet Schmitz, Celina; two half sisters, Betty Heiby, Marco Island, Fla., and Mary Lou Hoening, Gettysburg; nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are two daughters, Janet Livingston and Joyce Roughton; a grandchild; a great-grandchild; a brother, George Hipsher; a sister, Lillian Jory; three stepbrothers, Walter Parks, Bernard Parks and Jake Parks; and a half sister, Barb Snyder.
She worked with her husband at the former Stein Coal Company in Fort Recovery and was a sales representative for the West Bend Company. She was a member of the Legion of Mary in Miami, Fla. She was a member of the Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church in Fort Recovery and Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Miami, Fla.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church in Fort Recovery, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Cemetery in Fort Recovery.
Calling is 9-10 a.m. Friday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery.
Memorials may be made to Catholic Hospice in Miami, Fla.
