* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charma Braun
Charma A. Braun, 60, Celina, died at 7:30 a.m. Nov. 6, 2010.
She was born Feb. 17, 1950, in Columbus, to Clyde and Irene Seifert. On Nov. 2, 1974, she married Phillip Braun, who survives.
Also surviving are three children, Kimberly Elick, Scott (Karen) Braun and Amy (Derrek) Schuch; and seven grandchildren.
She taught at Living Word Christian School in Stryker for eight years. She was an owner and executive vice president of Braun Industries Inc.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Friends Church in Van Wert, the Revs. Eric Burkardt and Gene Marine officiating. Burial is at Ridge Cemetery near Middle Point.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Friday at Brickner Funeral Home in Van Wert and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
