* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Louise Oberhommert
Louise J. Oberhommert, 72, of Celina, died Oct. 7, 2010, at her home.
She was born May 23, 1938, in Fremont, to Fred and Lenore Gerwin Oberhommert.
Surviving are two sisters, Ruth (Walter) Shreffler, Celina, and Joy (Don) Young, Clyde.
She taught at Gibsonburg and Lettonia elementary schools and also taught children at military bases around the world as part of the Dodd Program. She was a substitute teacher in the Celina City Schools for 10 years.
She attended St. John Lutheran Church and volunteered at Gerad Cancer Center and the Celina City Schools. Her memberships include the Gateway board of directors, the Kiwanis Club board of directors and Phi Beta Psi Sorority.
Services are 4 p.m. Sunday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Douglas Meyer officiating. Burial will take place at West Union Cemetery at a later date.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, where a sorority service will take place at 3:45 p.m.
