* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Clem Miller
Former Coldwater resident Clem A. Miller, 94, of Sidney, died at 9:55 a.m. Oct. 8, 2010, at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy.
He was born April 7, 1916, in Wendelin, to Joseph and Mary Hemmelgarn Miller. On Nov. 28, 1940, he married Olive Knapke, who died March 23, 1999.
Surviving are a daughter, Ruth Ann (Orville) Bensman, Sidney; a son, John (Jane) Miller, Tucson, Ariz.; a daughter-in-law, Ginger Miller, Coldwater; two brothers, Paul (Velma) Miller, Xenia, and Joe (Phyllis) Miller, Battle Creek, Mich.; a sister, Agnes Bruns, Greenville; four sisters-in-law, Thelma Miller, Dayton, Matilda Elking and Florentine Moeller, Chickasaw, and Mary Ann Klosterman, Celina; two brothers-in-law, Leo Knapke, Celina, and Robert (Virginia) Knapke, Minster; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Melvin Miller; two brothers, Walter and August Miller; three sisters, Barbara Stammen, Stella Geier and Loretta Twaits; three sisters-in-law, Hilda Brunswick, Armella Rawers and Agnes Hemmelgarn; two brothers-in-law, Norbert and Paul Knapke; one grandchild and a great-grandchild.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and its Men's Sodality, both of Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Barry Stechschulte officiating. Burial will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
