* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Doyt Crouch
Doyt M. Crouch, 81, Rockford, died at 2:10 p.m. Aug. 16, 2010, at his home.
He was born July 1, 1929, to Ray and Jennie Shaffer Crouch. On Nov. 18, 1950, he married Carolyn Jackson, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, Robert M. Crouch, Ferndale, Mich.; two daughters, Rebecca (Mick) Downey, Mendon, and Brenda (Terry) Henning, St. Marys; three brothers, Dale (Eileen) Crouch and John (Carol) Crouch, both of Tipp City, and Jack Crouch, Newark; two sisters, Marilyn Roebuck, Lima, and Judy Cummins, Columbus; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Carl Crouch.
He was a 1949 graduate of Rockford High School and retired from the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in St. Marys. He was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Hopewell Church in Celina and the American Legion Post 508 in Rockford.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford, the Rev. Debra Domeier officiating. Burial with military services are at Riverside Cemetery in Rockford.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
