* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marceil Abels
Marceil R. Abels, 67, Fort Recovery, died at 8:25 p.m. Aug. 15, 2010, at her home.
She was born Dec. 23, 1942, in Fort Recovery, to Bernard and Alvina Esser Heitkamp. On Feb. 7, 1970, she married Walter Abels, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Christina (Jerry) Reynard, and Pamela (Chad) Bechtol, all of Portland, Ind.; four sisters, Marie (Carl) Glassford, Freemont, Ind., Wilma Stoner, Portland, Ind., Marilyn (Tony) Wray, Union City, Ind., and Arlene Franck, Rockford; and five grandchildren.
Deceased are five brothers, Jerry, Eugene, Bernard Jr., Kenny, and Donald Abels; and two sisters, Shirley McClain and Betty Guthrie.
She was a member of the Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church in Fort Recovery.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Cemetery in Fort Recovery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
