* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Winifred Keister
Winifred J. Keister, 88, Celina, died at 8:23 p.m. Aug. 15, 2010, at the Gardens in Celina.
She was born Nov. 9, 1921, in Columbus, to Arthur Dillon and Bonnie Beryl Goslee Morrow. On Aug. 2, 1941, she married Kenton K. Keister, who died Oct. 18, 1981.
Surviving are three sons, John (Barbara) Keister, Worthington, David (Susan) Keister, Columbus, and Kevin (Nancy) Keister, Worthington; a son-in-law, Eldon Brinkman, Hendersonville, N.C.; a sister, Joanne Witges, St. Louis, Mo.; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a daughter, Judy Brinkman; two brothers, James Morrow and Richard Morrow; two sisters-in-law, Eloise Morrow and Joan Morrow; and a brother-in-law, Richard Witges.
She graduated from Celina High School in 1939 and completed business school in Dayton. She was a legal secretary, a Luzier saleswoman and worked on the Mercer County Board of Elections. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Celina, the Altrurian Club and the Five Hundred Club.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina the Rev. Kim Miller officiating. Burial is at the North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials can be made to the Mercer County Council on Aging.
