* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Edward Overley
Edward W. Overley, 55, St. Marys, died at 6:15 a.m. Aug. 12, 2010, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born April 28, 1955, in Quebec, Canda. His parents, William and Joan Tangeman Overley, preceded him in death. His biological mother, Louise St. Pierre, survives in Levis, Quebec. On May 4, 2007, he married Cheryl Brewer, who survives.
Also surviving are four stepdaughters, Erin (Brett) Peachey, Columbus, Jacqui Rasneor, St. Marys, Carrie Rasneor, Springboro, Danni Rasneor, St. Marys; two siblings, Martin Cote and Claudia Cote, both of Levis, Quebec; a half-brother, Marty Overley, Quebec; father and mother-in-law, Harry and Ruth Ann Brewer, New Bremen; and five grandchildren.
He was a 1973 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. He worked at Buehler Asphalt Company in St. Marys. He was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church and Eagles Lodge 767, both of St. Marys.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church. A private burial will be held.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys.
Memorials can be made to the Auglaize County Cancer Association.
