* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Laura Eischen
Laura Lynn Eischen, stillborn daughter of Tim Eischen and Brandy Newcom Godwin of Coldwater, died at 1:41 p.m. July 29, 2010, at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
Surviving are three sisters, Kaitlyn, Taya and Whitney Godwin, all of Coldwater; grandparents, Rick Newcom, Coldwater, and Carl and Cheryl Eischen, Celina; and a great-grandmother, Velma Rammel, St. Henry.
Deceased is a brother, Blake Wilges; and a grandmother, Linda Newcom.
Graveside services are 6 p.m. Thursday at St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coldwater.
