* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Brian Russell
Brian E. Russell, 40, St. Marys, died at 12:07 p.m. July 31, 2010, in the emergency department at Lima Memorial Health System from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident near Roundhead.
He was born Jan. 12, 1970, in Lima to Stanley and Betty Benson Russell Jr. His father, Stanley Russell Jr., survives in Cridersville and his mother, Betty Duer-Smith, survives in St. Marys.
Also surviving is a daughter, Whitney Johns, St. Marys; seven siblings, Betty Hertz, St. Marys, Tammy (Ty) Courtney, Ohio City, Tony Russell, St. Marys, Pam Slife, St. Marys, Ronald Smith II, St. Marys, Tracy Smith, Celina, and Tonya Smith, New Haven, Ind.; and two grandchildren.
Deceased are grandparents Eva and Stanley Russell Sr. and Hazel Benson; a stepfather, Ronald Smith; and a brother-in-law, Robert Hertz.
He worked as a contractor in Columbus. He also worked at Findlay Industries in Ohio City and at General Rental & Landscaping in Celina. He served in the U.S. Navy.
Funeral rites are noon Thursday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home in St. Marys, the Rev. Judy Ball officiating.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
