* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Richard Temple
Richard (Dick) Howard Temple, 65, St. Marys, died at 3:52 a.m. July 30, 2010, at the St. Marys Living Center.
He was born Aug. 3, 1944, in Mercer County, to Robert M. Sr. and Rosie L. (McDermitt) Temple, both deceased.
Surviving are three sons, Richard E. (Teresa) Temple, St. Marys, Todd A. (Anna) Temple and Trent J. (Amanda) Temple, all of Van Wert; four brothers, Jack (Linda) Temple, Wapakoneta; Jerry (Connie) Temple and Terry (Madonna) Temple, all of Celina; and Gary Temple, St. Marys; a sister, Shirley Cornwell, St. Marys, and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Jr. and Lincoln Temple, and a sister, Sharon Major.
Temple served in the Army during the Vietnam era.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Don Clinger officiating.
Calling is 9-11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Botkins Cemetery, Montezuma, where the St. Marys Veterans of Foreign Wars will hold military services.
