* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Helen Wittung
Celina native Helen Ruth Wittung, 79, Van Wert, died at 8:17 a.m. July 7, 2010, at Van Wert County Hospital in Van Wert.
She was born March 3, 1931, in Celina, to Ernest and Marie Griggs Burch. On March 27, 1960, she married Edwin P. Wittung, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Frederick (Patty) Wittung, Lima, Edwin (Lynne) Wittung Jr., Lancaster, and Marlin Wittung, Van Wert; and three grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, LeRoy and Francis Burch; and a sister, Goldie Martin.
She worked as a nurse's aid at Coldwater Hospital and was a homemaker. She attended the Countryside Church of the Nazarene near Wren, and started the Challenged Higher Club House in Van Wert. She was a 1949 graduate of Celina High School.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Calvary Evangelical Church in Van Wert, the Rev. Carol Tumbleson officiating. Burial is at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ohio City.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at Cowan & Son Funeral Home, Van Wert, and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Memorials can be made to the Countryside Church of the Nazarene missions.
