* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Paul Beck
Paul Beck, 92, St. Marys, died July 5, 2010, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Oct. 20, 1917, in Butternut, Wisc., to Henry Christian and Emma Lydia Zimple Beck. He married Ruth Ann Swanson, who died in 1965. He then married Zella Carpenter, who also is deceased.
Surviving are three children, Diane (Elden) Wick, Phoenix, Ariz., Herbert (Wendy) Beck, Huber Heights, and Judy (John III) Weng, St. Marys; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers and two sisters.
He worked at the Federal Aviation Administration as an air traffic controller and flight service specialist. He was a life member of the Dayton American Legion and the St. Marys Veterans of Foreign Wars. He served in World War II in the 13th Army Air Force, 42nd Bomb Group, 390th Bomb Squadron in the Asiatic/Pacific Theater in the Northern Solomon Islands. He was a door gunner, radio operator and photographer on a B-25 Bomber. He was awarded the Air Medal for combat missions with two Oak Leaf Clusters, a Bronze Battle Star, and two Overseas Service Bars, along with several other World War II and Air Force medals.
Funeral rites are 1 p.m. Friday at the Meyer Community Chapel of Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community in St. Marys, the Rev. Ron Boyer officiating. Burial with military honors is at Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys.
