* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Terry Borgerding
Terry J. Borgerding, 55, Greenville, died July 5, 2010, at his home.
He was born Feb. 12, 1955, in Greenville, to Marilyn (George) Borgerding of New Weston, and the late Richard Borgerding. On April 15, 1985, he married Jodee Bailey, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Kyle Hicks and Travis and Caleb Borgerding, all of Greenville; seven siblings, Diane (Jeff) Hill, Bradford, Karen (Bill) Black, Phoenix, Ariz., Tim (Dawn) Borgerding, Georgia, Pam Borgerding, Greenville, Chuck (Brenda) Borgerding, New Weston, Chris (Kathy) Borgerding, St. Henry, and Bruce Borgerding, West Milton; and his mother-in-law, Letha Bailey, Portland, Ind.
He worked as a carpenter for H.A. Dorsten General Contractors in Minster.
Funeral services are 7 p.m. Thursday at the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville, the Rev. Wayne Ward officiating.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. There will be a prayer service at 3 p.m.
