* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marie Sheets
Former St. Marys resident E. Marie Sheets, 80, Coldwater, Mich., died at 5:30 a.m. June 24, 2010, at her home.
She was born June 2, 1930, in Proctorville, to James and Georgia Singer Ellis. She married Loy Sheets, who is deceased.
Surviving are three children, Robert (Zula) White, San Angelo, Texas, Linda White Clements, Coldwater, Mich., and Kim (Maria) White, Brandon, Fla.; a sister, Joann Ellis, Huntington, W. Va.; a nephew, Wally (Kaye) Jones, South Charleston, W. Va.; and six grandchildren.
Deceased are four sisters, Evelyn Burcham, Gertude Conely, Louise Clancy, and Violet Bachman, and a brother, James Ellis.
She worked at Huffy in Celina. She was also a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary 6772, Spencerville, the American Legion Auxiliary 323, St. Marys, and The Loyal Order of the Moose auxiliary 2417 in Buckhead Ridge, Fla. She was a graduate of Rome High School in Proctorville and attended business college in Huntington.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Saturday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville, the Rev. John G. Medaugh officiating. Burial is at Spencerville Cemetery.
Calling is noon-2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
