* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Katherine Harner
Katherine E. Harner, 83, Mendon, died at 8:37 p.m. June 22, 2010, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Feb. 13, 1927, in Union Township, to Charles and Bertha Werts Snyder. On March 14, 1945, she married Glen Harner, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, Michael (Sheryl) Harner, Mendon; two daughters, Connie Sue Trisel, West Unity, and Deborah (Jim) Sites, Mendon; a brother, Dean (Ester) Snyder, Celina; 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother Carl Snyder; two stepbrothers, Eldon Snyder and William Springer; a sister, Floy Whetstone; three stepsisters, Evelyn McCain, Marie Bennett and Dorothy Love; and a grandson.
She retired from Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina and was a member of Mendon United Methodist Church.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina. Burial is at Hamilton Bethel Cemetery in Mendon.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorials can be made to the Mendon United Methodist Church or The Lords Church in Celina.
