* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Keith Van Tilburg
The Rev. Keith Dean Van Tilburg, 65, Richmond, Ind., died June 12, 2010, at his home.
He was born July 28, 1944, in Celina, to Dale and Opal Van Tilburg. He married Carolyn Sue Stoner, who died in January 1984. He later married Rebecca Ann Fowler, who survives.
Also surviving are three children, Alan Van Tilburg, Alliance, Neb., Cathy (Terry) Hillard, Richmond, Ind., and Rebecca (James) McClain, Richmond, Ind.; three stepsons, Brad (Stacy) Fowler and Lance (Lori) Fowler, all of Richmond, Ind., and Mark (Lisa) Fowler, Fresno, Calif.; three brothers, Ronnie, Larry and Bruce Van Tilburg; a sister, Janice; and 17 grandchildren.
He graduated from Celina High School. He went to Fort Wayne Bible College and served as a minister for the Christian, Missionary & Alliance denomination in Zion, Ill., and Richmond, Ind. He also worked as a minister in Decatur, Ind., and Findlay, Ill., before establishing the Word of Grace Southern Baptist Church in Richmond, Ind.
Funeral services were June 15, 2010. Arrangements were handled by Community Family Funeral Home in Richmond.
