* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Baumeier
Former Coldwater resident Robert L. Baumeier, 69, Tavares, Fla., died at 12:15 a.m. June 13, 2010, at his home.
He was born Sept. 2, 1940, in Ottawa, to Ralph and Anna Marie Buddelmeyer Baumeier. On Jan. 8, 1966, he married Joyce Ebbing, who survives in Tavares.
Also surviving are two children, Marcia (Brad) Kremer, Tipp City, and Steve (Jayma) Baumeier, Oakridge, N.C.; a sister, Sue (Mike) Schroeder, Findlay; a brother-in-law, Stan (Vicki) Ebbing, Coldwater; a sister-in-law, Elaine Ebbing, Coldwater; and three grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Kenneth Baumeier, and a brother-in-law, Clem Ebbing.
He was a member of the Coldwater Knights of Columbus, the Mercer County Elks, Celina Moose and the Port Clinton Yacht Club. He served three years in the U.S. Army. He worked as an engineer at IBM in Dayton.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater, the Rev. Ron Wilker officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coldwater.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. today and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
