* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Margaret Sommer
Margaret Wickersham Sommer, 91, St. Marys, died at 3:15 a.m. May 20, 2010, at Hospice House in Fort Wayne, Ind.
She was born Feb. 22, 1919, in Anderson, Ind., to the Rev. Ernest and May Houk Wickersham. On June 6, 1937, she married Arlie V. Sommer, who died June 6, 2008.
Surviving are a daughter, Betty Jayne (Allan) Woodmansee, Fort Wayne; a sister-in-law, Grace Sommer, Cincinnati; and two grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother and sister-in-law, Henry and June Wickersham.
She was a 1936 graduate of Portland High School in Portland, Ind., and worked at the Home Banking Company, St. Marys. She was an active member of the Wayne Street United Methodist Church, St. Marys, and the United Methodist Church Women. She also was a founding member of the Homemakers Sunday School class at the church, a past president of the St. Marys Progress Club, the St. Marys Drama Club and a volunteer at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Steve Weatherly officiating. Burial is at Fountain Park Cemetery, Winchester, Ind.
Calling is 3-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to the Wayne Street United Methodist Church Building Fund or Nurses and Hospice Home in Fort Wayne.
