* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ralph Dietrich
Ralph H. Dietrich, 95, 6533 Knoxville Ave., New Bremen, died at 2:32 p.m. March 29, 2010, at Otterbein in St. Marys.
He was born Dec. 30, 1914, in New Bremen, to Jerry and Dorothea Nolte Dietirch. On Nov. 16, 1946, he married Louise Haines, who survives at Otterbein in St. Marys.
Also surviving are two children, Robert (Betty) Dietrich, New Bremen, and Linda (Michael) Hirschfeld, Cincinnati; and five grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Marvin and James Dietirch, and a sister, Sally Montague.
He was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in New Bremen and a member of Woodman of the World Camp 149 of New Bremen. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a 1940 graduate of Ohio Miami University, Oxford. He was a partner in the Dietrich Egg Plant and also worked at the former STAMCO plant and Crown Equipment Corp., all of New Bremen.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Graceland Cemetery in Sidney, the Rev. Becky Erb Strang officiating.
Contributions can be made to the church memorial fund, the New Bremen Emergency Squad or the New Bremen Historic Association.
Arrangements are being handled by Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen.
