* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Wilbur Heiland
Wilbur H. Heiland, 92, 8181 state Route 274, Anna, died at 7:03 p.m. March 6, 2010, at Dorothy Love Retirement Community, Sidney.
He was born Oct. 8, 1917, in Anna, to Jacob and Emma Zwiebel Heiland. On Feb. 4, 1939, he married Eileen E. Becker, who died July 16, 2003.
Survivors include two daughters, Patricia (Ned) Yoakum, Grove City, and Marilyn Forhan, Oroville, Calif.; four sisters, Alvina (Donald) Brandt, Kettlersville, Lura Kantner, Wapakoneta, Donna Short, Sidney, and Hilda Nance, Bethesda, Md.; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Sally Jo Heiland; two brothers, Roy Heiland and Clarence Heiland; and two sisters, Norma Reed and Julia Biddle.
He was a member of the Immanuel United Church of Christ, Kettlersville, and was a member of the Shelby Farm Bureau and The Grange. He worked as a farmer for more than 50 years and also worked for the DNR Soil and Water Conservation Service for 31 years.
Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen, the Rev. Keith Matthews officiating. Burial is at Pearl Cemetery, Anna.
Calling will be at noon Thursday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to the Senior Independence Hospice of Dorothy Love.
