* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Norma Hoenie
Norma Hoenie, 76, 8420 Hoenie Rd., Celina, died at 4 p.m. Feb. 24, 2010, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Aug. 16, 1933, in Mercer County, to John and Aletha Overly Knous. On Aug. 26, 1950 she married George R. Hoenie, who died April 16, 2009.
Surviving are three sons, Dwayne (Ruth) Hoenie, and Tom (Beth) Hoenie, all of Celina, and Mark (Karen) Hoenie, Rockford; four daughters, JoAnn (Kim) Plattner, Shirley (Lyle) Kittle and Linda (Steve) Siebert, all of Celina, and Sue (Kent) Merkle, Ohio City; a brother, Tom (Barb) Knous Sr., St. Marys; two sisters, Audrey Schlotterer and Naomi Krogman, both of Celina; a sister-in-law, Luella Siebert, Celina; 24 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Wayne Hoenie; and two brothers, Bobby and Darl Knous.
She worked at Wilson Shoe Store and Kerns Chevrolet, both in Celina, for the Mercer County Clerk of Courts and for 15 years at CTS in Berne, Ind. She was a 1952 graduate of Coldwater High School and a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Paul Baglien officiating. Burial is at Buck Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. on Sunday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and one hour before services Monday at the church.
