* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Patricia Thomas
Patricia A. Thomas, 71, 532 St. Anthony Road, Fort Recovery, died at 1:59 p.m. Feb. 23, 2010, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born May 30, 1938, in St. Marys, to Oscar and Helen (Taylor) Cramer. On Feb. 1, 1963, she married Hugh A. Thomas, who died Feb. 23, 2010.
Surviving are a son, Jim (Marcy) Crouch, Union City, Ind.; a daughter, Becky (Jim) Post, Decatur, Ind.; three brothers, Tom Cramer, St. Marys, and Jack and Carl Cramer, both of Wapakoneta; two sisters, Betty Muter, St. Marys, and Joyce Bell, Mendon; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased are five brothers, Robert, Frank, Oscar Jr., Dennis and Donald Cramer; a sister, Norma Jean Cramer; and a grandchild.
She was the former co-owner and operator of the TP Tavern, St. Anthony, and a member of the American Legion, Coldwater.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Friday and after 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
