* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Adalgisa DiPompeo
Adalgisa "Ada" DiPompeo, 100, of Celina, died at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 21, 2010, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Jan. 21, 1910, in Montava, Italy, to Joseph Adalgisa and Galaverna Tersilla Ghidetti. In 1953, she married Vincenzo "Vincent" DiPompeo, who died May 16, 1975.
Surviving are six nieces and nephews, Stephonia Romanin and Francesco DiPompeo, Montreal, Quebec; Helen Polisena, Walton Hills; Theresa Yantorn, Northfield; Anna Tavarozzi, Laval, Quebec; and Walter DiLalla, Rome, Italy.
She was a seamstress who designed and made clothing from her home on West Bank Road. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina.
Funeral Mass is 1 p.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Richard Riedel officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 4-6 p.m. today at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, and after noon Wednesday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the church or the Mercer County Council on Aging.
