* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Nancy Timbs
Nancy L. Timbs, 56, of South Street, St. Marys, died at 12:12 a.m. Jan. 30, 2010, in the emergency department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys. A cause of death is pending.
She was born Oct. 1, 1953, in Marion, Ind., to Donald and Betty Brammel Grove. Her mother survives in Marion, Ind.
Other survivors are her two children, Tyson Timbs and Aubrey (Jason) Homan, all of St. Marys; a sister, Wendy Colburn, Marion, Ind.; and a granddaughter.
Deceased is a brother, Timothy Grove.
She was retired from Crown Equipment Corp., New Bremen, and was a graduate of Missisinawa Valley High School.
A Christian prayer service is 6 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
