* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Josephine Farrell
Josephine H. Farrell, 81, 5342 Lake Drive, Celina, died Jan. 29, 2010, at Triumph Hospital, Lima.
She was born Nov. 28, 1928, in Muncie, Ind., to Stanley and Susan Huber Hellis. On Jan. 12, 1957, she married John Farrell, who survives.
Other survivors are four sons, Dan (Sondra) Farrell, Muncie, John (Tammie) Farrell, Frankford, Ind., Richard (Shirley) Nixon, Noblesville, Ind., and Steve Nixon, Lexington, Ky.; a brother, John (Patricia) Hellis, Muncie, Ind.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Kristine Nixon.
She was a homemaker. A 1946 graduate of Muncie Central High School, she was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Muncie, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Ladies Auxiliary, Celina.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Dennis Goth officiating. Burial is at a later date at Beach Grove Cemetery, Muncie.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. today at Parson Mortuary, Muncie.
