* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

L. Judy Taylor
L. Judy Taylor, 70, 412 S. Beech St., St. Marys, died at 1 p.m. Jan. 25, 2010, at her home.
She was born Jan. 24, 1940, in Lima, to Aaron and Dana Apgar Goodwin. On April 23, 1956, she married Lester Taylor Sr., who died Jan. 2, 1999.
Surviving are eight children, Mardana Walter, Lima, Lester (Diane) Taylor Jr., St. Johns, and Charlotte (Dale) Henline, Tony (Marcia) Taylor, Scott (Barb) Taylor, Matt (Mindy) Taylor, Russell (Bridget) Taylor and John (Kaci) Taylor, all of St. Marys; a brother, Albert "Sluggo" (Judy) Goodwin, St. Marys; two half brothers, Larry Goodwin, Corbin, Ky., and Bob O'Day, Vandalia; 32 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Marvin Taylor; siblings, Jim Goodwin, Aaron Goodwin Jr., Yale Goodwin, Lewis Goodwin, Lloyd Goodwin, Rosemary Otting, Betty Dunlap, Ruth Baroody and Shirley Olgilvie; two grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
She worked at the former St. Marys Cotton Mill, Thundercade Arcade and Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community, all of St. Marys. She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, St. Marys.
Services are 1 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, Trent Hole officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
