* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Bessie Phlipot
Bessie M. Phlipot, 86, 702 Linden Ave., St. Marys, died at 4 a.m. Jan. 26, 2010, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born May 8, 1923, in Frenchtown, to Felix and Theresa Baltes Mangen. On June 5, 1943, she married Charles Phlipot, who died April 15, 2006.
Surviving are a daughter, Donna Norton, St. Marys; a son, James (Karen) Phlipot, St. Marys; a sister, Rosella Phlipot, Versailles; five grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Lloyd Mangen; five sisters, Verdice Monnin, Virginia Grilliot, Cecelia Magato, Geraldine Black and Helen Monnin.
She retired from the Coldwater Buckeye Co. where she was a seamstress. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and its Altar Sodality, St. Marys.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiating. Burial is at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
