* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Phillips
Mary Virginia Phillips, 80, 637 Cumberland Drive, Celina, died at 7 a.m. Jan. 18, 2010, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Sept. 20, 1929, in Hartford City, Ind., to John and Mildred Brushwiller Stoll. On May 29, 1953, she married Leonard Phillips, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, L. Russell Jr. (Carolyn) Phillips, Celina, and Jerome L. Phillips, Celina; a brother, Robert Stoll, address unknown; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, John R. Stoll; and two sisters, Pauline Stoll and Thressa Finely.
She retired from the Huffy Bicycle Corp., Celina. A graduate of Hartford City High School and Bowling Green University, she was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Hopewell Township.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Debra Domeier officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
