* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dolores Baltes
Dolores C. "Dorie" Baltes, 79, of Versailles, died at 4:21 p.m. Jan. 18, 2010, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton.
She was born May 15, 1930, in Wendelin to Jacob and Loretta Wuebker Siefring. On June 12, 1951, she married James "Jimmy" Baltes, who survives.
Other survivors are two daughters, Jayne Baltes, Greenville, and Holly (Nick) Keiser, Versailles; a son-in-law, Dennis Hemmelgarn, Burkettsville; two brothers, Leroy (MaryJane) Siefring, St. Henry, and Urban Siefring, Fort Recovery; three sisters, Irene (Dick) Schilling and Evelyn Siefring, all of Coldwater, and Jenny (Jim) Condon, Versailles; a sister-in-law, Flo McCalla, Minster; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Kathy Hemmelgarn; and two brothers, Ralph and Victor Siefring.
She and her husband were former owners of Baltes Restaurant in Frenchtown for 37 years. She was a member of St. Denis Catholic Church, Versailles, and St. Ann's Sodality of Holy Family Catholic Church, Frenchtown.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Versailles church, the Rev. David Vincent officiating. Burial is at St. Valbert Cemetery, Versailles.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home, Versailles.
