* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jerry Lee Sutter
Jerry Lee Sutter, 45, of 236 North Spruce St., St. Marys, was found dead Dec. 17, 2009, at his residence. The cause of death is under investigation by the Auglaize County Coroner's Office.
He was born July 26, 1964, in Van Wert to Dick and Linda Boroff Sutter, who are deceased.
Surviving are a brother, Jay Sutter, Willshire; and a niece, Jamie (Eric) Nieberding, Celina.
Deceased are his grandparents.
He owned rental homes in St. Marys and had previously been employed at Setex Corporation.
Funeral services are 7 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiating. Private family burial rites will be held at the Calvary Cemetery in Mendon.
Calling is 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
