* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Richard L. Crouch
Richard L. Crouch, 84, Celina, and formerly of 5890 Karch Road, Coldwater, died at 12:30 p.m. Dec. 17, 2009, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 6, 1925, in Coldwater to Clarence and Gladys Ellis Crouch. On Dec. 11, 1954, he married Joyce Now, who survives.
Other survivors are three sons, Richard and Roger Crouch, both of Celina, and Robert (Deb) Crouch, Troy; three daughters, Judy (Steve) Zehringer, Coldwater, Janet and Jill Crouch, both of Celina; two brothers, Lyle, North Star, and Bud, Coldwater; a sister, Marilyn Smith, Celina; a sister-in-law, Pat Crouch, Fort Recovery; 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Max and an infant twin Roland; and a sister, Mary Margaret (Jim) Sealscott.
He was a farmer and retired from the former New Idea in Coldwater after 41 years. He was in the U.S. Army and served during World War 11 and the Korean War. He received a Purple Heart and served with the 1st M.A.S.H Unit as a medic. He was a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars, both of Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Lee Ellis officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina, with military honors by the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, both of Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday and one hour prior to services on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion membership services are 7 p.m. Monday.
Memorials can be made to Celina Area Nurses and Hospice.
