* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Audra Waterman

Audra J. Waterman, 71, of 05111 Auglaize County Road 33-A, St.Marys, died Dec. 14, 2009, at her residence.

She was born Nov. 13, 1938, in Hazard, Ky., to Walker and Olive Sumner Lunkens. On July 7, 1995, she married Victor Waterman, who survives.

Other survivors are a son, Zachary (Mary Ann) Gilbert, Berne, Ind.; a daughter, Dorcas Liesner, Wapakoneta; three stepdaughters, Victoria Holbrook, Wapakoneta, Wanda Powell, Celina, and Karla (Rob) Burden, St. Marys; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren and 12 stepgreat-grandchildren.

Deceased is a grandson.

She was a retired production employee from the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, St. Marys, where she was a spindle operator. She was a member of the Buckland United Church of Christ.

Services are 2 p.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home & Cremation Service, St.Marys. Burial is at Mendon Cemetery.
