* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mildred Ruck
Mildred L. Ruck, 89, 1001 Meyers Road, Celina, and a former Sidney resident, died at 10:28 p.m. Dec. 15, 2009, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born July 22, 1920, in Van Wert County to Harry and Rosa Lee Rexroth. On Sept. 13, 1943, she married Ferd G. Ruck, who died Dec. 29, 1981.
Surviving are a niece, Shirley (Michael) Hoelscher, Celina; and a sister, Doris Hatch, Oakland, Calif.
Deceased are two brothers, Marion and Donald Rexroth and two sisters, Golda and Evelyn Sheets.
She was a painter in the paint department at the former Stolle Corporation for 41 years and retired in 1982. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Sidney.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Kenneth Castor officiating. Burial is at Shelby Memory Gardens, Sidney.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Monday and 9:30 a.m. Tuesday until time of services at the Cromes Funeral Home, Sidney.
