* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dormitory-style accomodations at the new Mercer County Detention Center. Area residents can tour the 50,000-square-foot complex Tuesday during an open house from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Additional open houses will be held after the holidays.
