* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey points out the visitation area at the new Mercer County Detention Facility located off state Route 29 west of Celina. Visitation will be accomplished with the aid of telephone and computers. Area residents can tour the 50,000-square-foot complex Tuesday during an open house from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Additional open houses will be held after the holidays.
