* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Wilma Russo
Wilma Eileen Weaver Russo, 81, formerly of 833 Bellaire Drive, Bellevue, died at 10:40 p.m. Sept. 24, 2009, at The Gardens at Celina.
She was born on Oct. 11, 1927, in Portsmouth to William and Laura Rice Church. On Dec. 21, 1944, she married her first husband William Curtis Weaver, who died Sept. 25, 1982. On Feb. 14,1989, she married her second husband Sebastian Russo, who died Aug. 30, 2000.
Survivors include a son, David (Judy) Weaver, Celina; a daughter, Laura (Chris) Lilburn; four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased are her brothers, Leo and Evan Baisden, Edward and Cecil Church: two infant brothers; and two sisters, Virginia Baisden and Miriam Church Lewis.
She was a member of the Siebert United Methodist Church. She also volunteered at the Bellevue Hospital and Children's Home in Flat Rock and was a member of the Red Hat Society.
Memorial services will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Foos and Foos Funeral Home, Bellevue, the Rev. Bruce Kent officiating
Calling is 1-3 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday in the Fraternal Section at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Wheelersburg.
