* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Barry Boyer
Barry E. Boyer, 62, 03366 Lock Two Road, New Bremen, died at 5:15 a.m. Sept. 26, 2009, at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation following a brief illness.
He was born March 4, 1947, in Urbana to Dorothy Boyer, who is deceased. On Sept. 6, 1969, he married Joann Wittenbrink, who survives.
Other survivors are a daughter, Paula (John) Parlett, New Bremen; a father-n-law, Edwin Wittenbrink, New Bremen; a brother-in-law, Tom (Pat) Wittenbrink, Wapakoneta; and four grandchildren.
He was service product manager at Crown Equipment Corporation, New Bremen.  He worked as an emergency medical technician and was a charter member of the New Bremen Emergency Medical Service, and the American Legion, New Bremen. He graduated in 1966 from New Bremen High school and RETS Electronics Institute. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Faith Alliance Church, New Bremen, the Rev. Tom Sager officiating. A private family burial will be held.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at Faith Alliance Church, New Bremen.
