Richard A. Todd, 69, of Fort Recovery, died Sept. 7, 2009, in Coldwater.
Arrangements are pending at Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home, Portland, Ind.
Vicki Lee Leonhard Market, 62, 830 W. High St., St. Marys died at 9:45 a.m. Sept. 7, 2009, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton. Death was due to natural causes. [More]
