* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Vicki Market
Vicki Lee Leonhard Market, 62, 830 W. High St., St. Marys died at 9:45 a.m. Sept. 7, 2009, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton. Death was due to natural causes.
She was born May 9, 1947, in Celina to Paul Sr. and Emily Howell Leonhard. Her mother survives in St. Marys.
Other survivors are a brother, Paul (Annette) Leonhard Jr., Troy; two nieces, a nephew, as well as aunts, uncles and cousins.
Deceased are three uncles, Ronnie Howell, Colonel James Leonhard and Robert Leonhard.
She worked as a care giver for people with disabilities and worked for Champaign Residential Services, Inc. (CRSI) of Auglaize County and Indian Health Service (IHS), Mercer County. She had worked for many years at Leonhards's IGA, and Scranton's Market, both in St. Marys and Big Bear Market, New Bremen. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, St. Marys, and a 1965 graduate of Memorial High School.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Bill Maki officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys.
