* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sephronia Gibbs
Sephronia "Bella" Gibbs, 81, of 104 E. German St., New Knoxville, died at 6:28 p.m. Aug. 19, 2009, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Nov. 4, 1927, in Lima to Francis and Audrey Ferris Sanford. On Oct. 11, 1975, she married Robert Gibbs, who died Feb. 6, 1996.
Surviving are four children, Richard (Janet) Roby, St. Marys, Leonard (Cathy) Roby, Corning, Sandra (Michael) Meier, Wapakoneta and John "Tony" (Carol) Roby, St. Marys; siblings, Riley Sanford, New Knoxville, and Sam and Leonard Sanford, both of St. Marys; a sister, Vernita Jump, Clyde; 15 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, AJ Sanford; two sisters, Elizabeth Rockwood and Loraine Cook; two grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
She had worked at the former St. Marys Cotton Mill and the Knotty Pine Restaurant, St. Marys.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Chuck Moeller officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
