* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charles Zizelman
Charles W. Zizelman, 94, Rockford, died at 9:24 a.m. Aug. 19, 2009, at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
He was born Jan. 12, 1915, in Mercer County to Chris and Edith Bertha Brush Zizelman. On Jan. 8, 1937, he married Norma B. Germann, who survives in Rockford.
Other survivors are a daughter, Marjorie (Earl) Brodbeck, Celina; a daughter-in-law, Esther Zizelman, Rockford; a sister, Mabel (Cloyd) Boroff, Celina; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, George Zizelman; and three sisters, Ruby Priddy, Marie Finley and Edna Zizelman.
He was a farmer, who lived all his life in Rockford. He was a member of Friends Chapel, Rockford, the Rockford Fraternal Order of Eagles, a past member of the Mercer County Farmers Union and the Hopewell Grange, Celina.
Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Rev. Steve Howell officiating. Burial is at Friends Chapel Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to service Saturday at the funeral home.
