* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Meeds
Mary J. Meeds, 88, 918 Echo St., Celina, died at 9:45 a.m. August 15, 2009, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born May 27, 1921, in Darke County to Garnet G. and Daisy A. Norris Hanna. On July 4, 1946, she married Paul E. Meeds, who survives at the residence.
Other survivors are a daughter, Marjorie Mae Gehm, Celina; three brothers, Vernis (Martha) Hanna, George (Linda) Hanna, Dale (Dottie) Hanna; and a sister Dorothy West, all of Celina; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Carl and Clifford Hanna; and a sister, Virginia Yohey.
She retired from the former Mersman Furniture Company, Celina. She was a member of Light House Fellowship Church, Celina.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Tony Richmond officiating.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
