* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

John Wurster
John A. Wurster, 75, State route 197, Celina, died at 9:28 a.m. Aug. 2, 2009, at St. Ritas Medical Center, Lima.
He was born July 11, 1934, in Mercer County to Orville and Margaret Moorman Wurster. On Aug. 29, 1953, he married Joy J. Springer, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Terry and Jerry Wurster, both of Celina; a brother, Neal (Shyla) Wurster, Celina; and a sister, Joyce Trafzer, Celina.
He was a 1952 graduate of Celina Senior High School. He retired from Celina City Schools after 15 years of service in their maintenance department. He also worked for 15 plus years at Leffler Construction, Celina. In addition, he was a self-employed farmer. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Celina.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Paul Baglien officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 pm Wednesday, at the funeral home.
