* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Betty Snyder
Betty Andrew-Snyder, 83, 11136 Circle Drive, St. Marys, died July 9, 2009, at Trumph Hospital in Lima.
She was born Oct. 21, 1925, in Mercer County to LeRoy and Frances Handley Donovan. Her step-father was Horton "Shorty" Booher.
She was married to Robert Andrew, who died in 1982. In August 1985, she married Carl Snyder, who died Oct. 4, 2006.
Surviving are two sons, James Andrew and John Andrew, both of Celina; a daughter, Nancy (David) Post, Fairfax, Va.; two stepsons, James Snyder and Carl (Diane) Snyder, Emory, Texas; a brother, Jack Donovan, Bellview, Wash.; seven grandchildren; seven stepgrandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; four stepgreat-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Rex, Chester and Robert Donovan.
She was a retired nurse for Dr. James J. Otis and was a member of the Pleasantview Church of God.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Carol Sainey officiating. Burial will be at Mercer Memory Gardens.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
