COLDWATER - Sunday afternoon the Coldwater Cavaliers stayed alive in the Mercer County ACME sectional at Veterans Park and in doing so, gained a berth in the District tournament starting Tuesday at Hanover Street Park in Minster.

Grand Lake celebrated the long holiday weekend in style, winning all three contests over the weekend, capping the holiday off with a doubleheader sweep of Stark County on Sunday at Jim Hoess Field.
