CDA Construction Group Inc., Celina, is creating a breakwater structure to protect Celina's West Bank Rotary Walkway from wave and ice damage.
It is being installed near Breaker's Restaurant, the former Carter Villa Restaurant, by CDA Construction Group Inc. The company was awarded the contract for $138,999, Celina Planning and Community Development Director Kent Bryan said. [More]

FORT RECOVERY - High school student use of mobile devices during instructional times will be prohibited next school year unless authorized by teachers, principal Dave Warvel reported on Tuesday night.
"That's the biggest change at the high school," Warvel told board members about the new mobile device policy during the regular meeting. [More]

Grant was for Wabash River Watershed farmers
A $191,000 grant that was supposed to be used by farmers with land in the Wabash River Watershed will be going to those in the Grand Lake Watershed instead.
